You should be able to do this for at least 25 seconds. Make sure you check both sides to see if they are equal. Now if you cannot balance for 25 seconds, your body’s function has room to improve.

The more signals that are sent from your nerves to your brain about what is going on, the more your brain knows and then can make better decisions about how to control your body or complete a task (like balancing with your eyes closed!).
