Your First Step

You don't need to worry about having to commit to something before you're ready. The first step any of our practice members take is to attend the Road to Recovery Workshop. It's a class held in a group setting before starting care. You can check us out, see what we're like and get an idea of what to expect. When you have your first consultation with Laura, you'll be prepared and know exactly what will occur.
