When you meet Laura, you'll find that she is open and easy to talk to. She's willing to answer all your questions and make sure you truly feel heard. Too often, people feel their health practitioners aren't really listening or understanding. They feel rushed and like nobody cares.

We want you to know that it's our goal to make a connection with you. As a member of our practice, our team truly cares about you, your goals and how you're feeling. You'll feel comfortable and welcomed each time you visit us.

Your First Step

The first step any of our practice members take is to either attend the Introduction to Energise Workshop or book onto a Consultation. The workshop is held in a group setting before starting care. You can check us out, see what we're like and get an idea of what to expect or you can book straight onto a Consultation appointment.
